Technical requirements  

  

In order to enjoy audiovisual content, it is essential to have:  

  

 

Agile TV service reception equipment (Agile TV Box 4K UHD). Provided at the beginning of contracting the service. 

Internet connection, via Ethernet network cable (this one attached with the Agile TV Box) or Wifi Router. 

 

 

Television with HDMI connection. 

Antenna cable (to be connected to the TV Box).

 

  

  

Mobile devices compatible with Agile TV apps: 
 
iOS: iPhone and iPad 

 

Operating systems version: iOS 12 or newer. 

 

 
Android: Mobile phones and tablets 

 

Operating systems version: Android 7 or newer.

Browsers supported by the Agile TV web app:

 

Google Chrome - Version 96 or higher

Mozilla Firefox - Version 91 or higher

Apple Safari - Version 15.4 or higher

The Service User is guaranteed multi-device access through Agile TV applications on devices compatible with Agile TV (Smartphone, Tablet, Web and TV).

 

The User may not use the service on more than four (4) different mobile devices (plus the TV Box) simultaneously. 

  

The quality of the reproduction of the content and services offered by Agile TV depends on the Internet connection conditions available to the User, as well as the mobile devices used to reproduce content.
