How do I install my TV Box?

Once you receive your TV Box by courier, follow the steps below to install and activate your service.

Step 1: Connect the power cable to the TV Box and to the electrical network, near your TV. Disconnect the antenna cable from your TV and connect it to your TV Box.

Step 3: To access the Internet via cable , it is necessary to connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the TV Box port and the other end to the internet router.

To access the Internet by WiFi, follow the instructions that appear on the screen to configure it.

Step 4: Turn on the TV and select the HDMI port in which you have connected the TV Box. On some televisions this operation is automatic.

Pair your remote control and follow the screens that appear to configure your TV Box.

These screens will tell you what you should do and inform you about the features of your TV Box.
